Service Description
Our most popular option, ideal for clients who want both professional headshots and more creative portrait photos in a single session. This extended 1.5-hour shoot allows time to explore different styles, moods, and backgrounds, with the option of using a second nearby location if desired. With up to three outfit changes and full posing guidance, we’ll create a wider variety of looks suitable for LinkedIn, acting profiles, personal branding, and social media. After the session, you’ll receive a private online gallery to choose your images, and 8 professionally retouched high-resolution photos will be delivered. This package is perfect if you want flexibility, variety, and maximum value from your portrait photography session in London.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a session with MCD Visual Arts, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received. Your selected time and date are reserved exclusively for you and cannot usually be offered to another client at short notice. If you need to cancel your session, the following cancellation fees apply: • Cancellations made 48 hours before the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a 90% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee. Clients may reschedule their session once free of charge if they notify at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Any additional rescheduling requests may be treated as a cancellation. In case of severe weather conditions or circumstances beyond the photographer’s control that make the session impossible, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost. All image selection and delivery timelines begin after the session has taken place. Raw, unedited images are not provided under any circumstances. By booking a session, clients grant MCD Visual Arts the right to use selected images for portfolio purposes, including website, social media, online marketing, and promotional materials. Images will never be sold to third parties and will not be used in any way that could be considered inappropriate or misleading. MCD Visual Arts reserves the right to refuse service in cases of abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour.
