Event Photography FAQ
1) How long does an event photography session take?
Event photography coverage usually starts from 1–2 hours and can extend to full-day coverage depending on the schedule, venue and type of event.
2) What types of events do you photograph?
I cover a wide range of events, including corporate events, conferences, product launches, private parties, engagements, birthdays and small gatherings.
3) How many photos will we receive from the event?
You will receive a full selection of professionally edited images that capture key moments, details and atmosphere. The number of images depends on the duration and scale of the event.
4) Do you offer on-site delivery or same-day previews?
Yes, I can provide a small selection of images on the same day for social media or marketing use, depending on the event schedule.
5) When will we receive the full edited gallery?
The complete edited gallery is usually delivered within 3–7 days. Faster turnaround can be arranged for urgent corporate or promotional needs.
6) Do you charge for travel outside London?
Travel within most parts of London is included. For locations outside London, travel fees may apply depending on distance and event time.
