Ideal for clients who want fresh, professional photos for social media, dating apps, and online profiles, this short and efficient portrait session is perfect if you need great images without a long shoot. The Mini Headshot Session includes a 30-minute outdoor portrait shoot at one location, with guidance on posing and expression to help you look natural and confident. You can change one outfit, allowing us to capture a small variety of looks in a relaxed and fast-paced session. After the shoot, you will receive a private online gallery to choose your images, and 2 professionally retouched high-resolution photos will be delivered, suitable for Instagram, LinkedIn, dating apps, and personal websites. This session is available on weekdays only and is ideal for anyone who wants high-quality portrait photography in London at an affordable price.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a session with MCD Visual Arts, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received. Your selected time and date are reserved exclusively for you and cannot usually be offered to another client at short notice. If you need to cancel your session, the following cancellation fees apply: • Cancellations made 48 hours before the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a 90% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee. Clients may reschedule their session once free of charge if they notify at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Any additional rescheduling requests may be treated as a cancellation. In case of severe weather conditions or circumstances beyond the photographer’s control that make the session impossible, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost. All image selection and delivery timelines begin after the session has taken place. Raw, unedited images are not provided under any circumstances. By booking a session, clients grant MCD Visual Arts the right to use selected images for portfolio purposes, including website, social media, online marketing, and promotional materials. Images will never be sold to third parties and will not be used in any way that could be considered inappropriate or misleading. MCD Visual Arts reserves the right to refuse service in cases of abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour.
